The staff was really helpful. I needed some information about local attractions and they provided maps and directions. The room was clean upon arrival. I found tea and coffee making facilities in my room.

Staff were very friendly and did offer board games to play.
The room provided was basic, and I found a lack of toilet paper. I twice requested additional towels without success until the third night. noise from other guests yelling throughout the night made a good night's sleep impossible.

Asking for a second pillow seemed a big deal. There were no extra pillows available in the room, and extra pillows were given without a pillow case.
